All products – unopened – can be returned for any reason. Counting from the time the delivered order is successful, send the items back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money.

Once we receive the package. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If we send you a label the shipping fee is $10.  If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we cannot accept this item as a return.

Cases where customers can return orders:

• -Product incorrect description.
• -Defective product due to manufacturer.
• -Product expired.
• -Product is damaged during shipping.

How to return your purchase:

Email us at info@wasupps.com and include: Your order number, First and Last name, Email address and reason for return.  Once we approve your return you'll then need to ship your return to our main warehouse at:        Wasupps.com Address: 🏚 1385 Route 35, STE 278, Middletown Township New Jersey 07748, United States.

After the order returns to our warehouse. Within 5-10 working days we will issue a refund to your Credit Card.
